Series Position Grouping for PT and CT
Introduction
Sometimes a CT or PT series is not sequential, has gaps, or might have images with the same position. Synapse groups these images based on position, orientation, and series instance UID so the series are more appropriately displayed for clinical use.
Synapse positions a CT study with a dose report, that is represented by a Secondary Capture series, at the end of the DICOM image series and before the All Images and Bookmark series.
