Deleting Items
Introduction
Items can only be deleted using the Admin menu. The following items can be deleted:
- Patients
- Studies
- Series
- Images
- Anomalies
Prerequisites
You must have the Manage Ad Hoc Deletion privilege to delete or restore deleted items.
Steps
- Click to select a specific patient or study.
- Click Delete
in the icon bar at the top-right of the Content Manager page to delete the selected Content Manager items.
Results
Deleted items are moved to the Removed Items and Recent Removed Items folders.
These items can be restored from those two folders.

If you want to delete a study and that study is locked by another user, use the Unlock Study option in the Worklist or PowerJacket. See Changing the Study Status from the Worklist or Using PowerJacket Context Menu . |
