Managing My Favorites
Introduction
The My Favorites Worklist in the Worklist pane provides you with the ability to place the Worklists and Collections you use most frequently into one area, so you can access them easily. By default, the contents that you add display at the bottom of the My Favorites section, but you have the option to organize My Favorites to best meet your needs. Add any of the following to My Favorites:
- Worklists
- QBE Worklists
- Global Worklists
- Collections folders
Add Contents to My Favorites
- Do one of the following:

Open a Worklist in your My Favorites list. |
Note: Shift+click from the new drop down only works to open a secondary Worklist when there is currently one Worklist open. |
Add a Worklist or a QBE Worklist. |

- Only you can see the items in My Favorites.
- Worklists and Collections folders that you add to My Favorites function just as they do in their original location.
Organize My Favorites
- From the Worklist page, right-click the My Favorites header to open the context menu and select Manage Favorites.
- Use the arrows to change the order in which your contents display.
Remove Worklists from My Favorites
You can remove contents from My Favorites Worklist from three locations. Remember that removing items from My Favorites does not delete the Worklists or Collections folders from their original locations.
