Applying One-Click Normal

Introduction

One-Click Normal expedites the report process by using routines that insert preconfigured normal values into predefined report fields and controls within a report definition. When configured, the One-Click Normal command is added to the application toolbar.

Although the factory default AutoSummary routines contain normal comments and findings, Clinical Reporting Application (CRA) also provides the ability to create a separate One-Click Normal routine. One-Click Normal routines are assigned to a reporting workflow. While multiple workflows can exist for a report definition, only a single One-Click Normal routine can be specified per workflow. Normal values cannot overwrite manually entered values or values that were generated through an AutoSummary routine.

The fields that are updated with normal comments and the other comments are configured for each report definition by FUJIFILM Support using Advanced Reporting Design Manager.

Use One-Click Normal to:

  • Add Findings controls
  • Put numeric values in numeric controls
  • Add check marks to unselected check boxes
  • Enter text into text entry fields
  • Select an item from a combo box (drop-down list)

Note:

It is recommended that One-Click Normal routines not be executed until all data imports, manual data entry, and AutoSummary routines have been completed.

Steps

  1. Click One-Click Normal on the application toolbar.
  2. Enter a value in a predefined report field.

Results

When you run One-Click Normal, the required routines are executed to fill the designated fields.
