Editing the Clinical Images Section

Introduction

You make changes to the Clinical Images section of an Advanced Reporting (AR) report using the report Workspace. You can:

• Add and remove images.
• Add an image caption that contains up to 2,000 characters using multiple caption lines. Image captions can be edited and removed.

Perform the following steps after you have sent an image to a report or opened an existing report containing a clinical image.

Steps

1. Complete the following applicable actions in the Clinical Images tab of the report Workspace:
   

If you want to do this...	Complete these steps
Add an image.	Use the Send to Report option. See Sending a Key Image to a Report.
Remove an image.	Click Delete in the upper right corner of the image. Note: If an image is deleted, the image caption is also removed.
Add a caption to an image.	Click in the text field below the image. Enter the caption text. The width of the caption should not exceed the width of the image. Optional: To add a new text line, press the Enter key and enter additional caption text. Click outside the text field to view the caption in the Preview.
Edit an image caption.	Select the text to be edited in the text field below the image. Delete the text or enter replacement text in the text field. Click outside the text field to view the caption changes in the Preview.

2. When all changes are complete, click Save in the CRA application toolbar.

Results

When you add or remove images in the Clinical Images tab of the report Workspace, those changes can be viewed immediately in the report Preview.
