Fujifilm CAD Support
Introduction
Check with the specific CAD vendor for CAD engine availability for your site.
Synapse supports rendering of CAD findings from the Fujifilm structured report (SR). The following display:
- Three dot symbol for calcification
- Hollow hexagon with black lines for a mass
- Three white solid circles with black circumferences for the micro-calcification cluster
The physical line width of the marker is computed based on the truesize factor (fTS). fTS represents how large the marker is relative to its true size. The fTS is directly proportional to image zoom and is equal to 1 when image is zoomed to true size. Irrespective of the resolution of the output device, the thickness of the line always remains the same for a given physical size of the marker.
CAD Tooltip Message
When placing the cursor over a displayed CAD finding, a tooltip appears identifying details about the finding:
- Type of finding (Calcification Cluster or Mammography breast density)
- Manufacturer name
- Manufacturer model name or algorithm name (if model name is not available)
- Software identification
