Launching a Third-Party URL within a Viewport

Introduction

Synapse provides the ability to launch a third-party application URL in an iFrame within a viewport. An iFrame is an HTML element that allows you to add an external webpage to an HTML document, and in this case, a viewport within the Synapse Viewer. This option allows you to access up to 10 URLs.

Note:

  • Some websites might have a limitation that would prevent them from opening in an iFrame. When this occurs, your browser might display an error message or a blank viewport.
  • Third-party URL integrations are configured by SWAT by your System Administrator.
