Configuring Workstation Cache
Introduction
Use the Hybrid Mode option to maintain smooth scrolling and window level interactions in a low-bandwidth environment. When you enable Hybrid Mode, Synapse caches images to your workstation, providing smooth scrolling and interactive operations without delays.
When Hybrid Mode is enabled, you can delay the cine Auto-play function to allow adequate time to download an image by selecting the On cache complete (requires Hybrid Mode) option for the Auto-play setting. For additional information see Configuring Cine Settings
