Deleting a Reading Protocol

Introduction

The Delete option allows you to only delete reading protocols you created. You cannot delete factory reading protocols or user reading protocols created by other users. Your System Administrator or a user with the appropriate privilege can delete any user reading protocols and system reading protocols.

Note:

If you are a System Administrator or a user with system RP privileges, and have selected to use a mixture of MG factory and non-MG factory reading protocols, the Delete option in step 2 below will only delete the MG factory reading protocols.

If you select multiple reading protocols for deletion and you do not have the privilege to delete at least one reading protocol in the selection, Synapse deletes only the reading protocols to which you have privileges.
