Searching Shortcut Keys by Keyboard Characters
Introduction
You can search keyboard characters in alphabetical order to determine which shortcut keys are assigned or unassigned .
Keyboard characters that you cannot reassign display in gray. The customized shortcut key and tool name are in bold; default shortcut keys are not in bold.

User Settings > Shortcut Keys
Steps
- Click the Shortcut Key tab to display the Keyboard Characters pane.
Synapse displays all assigned and unassigned shortcut keys. - Do any of the following:
- Select the Ctrl check box.
- Optional: Click the Hide Unused check box to display only the used shortcut keys that contain the Ctrl operator.
- Click the Alt check box.
- Optional: Click the Hide Unused check box to display only the used shortcut keys that contain the Alt operator.
- Click the Shift check box.
- Optional: Click the Hide Unused check box to display only the used shortcut keys that contain the Shift operator.
- Click two or three operator check boxes.
- Optional: Click the Hide Unused check box to display only the used shortcut keys that contains the operators.
- Click the Hide Unused check box.
