Changing Your Password
Introduction
Synapse users who log directly into the application and do not rely on Windows authentication have the option to change their Synapse password.
Steps
- Click your user name at the top of the Worklist page or PowerJacket page to display the drop-down menu.
- Click Change Password.
- Follow the prompts to change your password. Contact your System Administrator for password rules and parameters.
- Click Change Password when complete.

If you are a Synapse user who is logged into Synapse with your domain credentials, this option is not available or visible to you. |
Results
Synapse displays a notification letting you know that your password was changed successfully.
