Image Selection

Introduction

You have multiple options for selecting specific images in a tile format or page layout. When you click to select an image, Synapse places a white border around that image to indicate that the image is selected.

Once you have selected your images, you can, for example, window level, pan, or zoom those images. All unselected images are not affected.

Image Selection in Tile Format

Monitor 1 displays a 2x2 page layout. Viewport 2 displays a 4 upcount for Series 2. For example, in Viewport 2, you can select Image 1 and Image 3 and then apply certain image operations in one of the following ways:

  • To apply certain image operations, such as window level, to all the images in Series 2, use the Apply to All Images option from the context menu.
  • To apply certain image operations, such as window level, to the just images 1 and 3, use the Apply to Selected Images option from the context menu. The unselected images in series 2 are unaffected.
