Changing Relative Window Level
Introduction
The Relative Window Level option applies the same percentage of window level changes to all the series that are displayed in the current layout. For example, if you change the window level in series 1, all other series that are currently displayed in the layout will change by the same window level percentage.
If Relative Window Level is not selected, Synapse defaults to Absolute Window Level. Absolute Window Level only applies window level to the image or series you are actively changing in that specific viewport. For all other series in the currently displayed layout, the window level does not change.
When you enable relative window level, Synapse does the following:
- Propagates relative window level between 2D and 3D series.
- Propagates 2D image preset to other viewports, when you change the 2D image preset.
Note: |
For Fusion viewports, Relative Window level applies only to the base image, not the overlay image. |
Steps
