Enabling IntelliScroll

Introduction

You can manually enable or disable IntelliScroll for a particular study. When the session ends for that study, Synapse reverts to the IntelliScroll User Setting.

For CT, PT, and MR modalities, Synapse automatically enables IntelliScroll using the Same Orientation option. For US studies with Stress Echo images, Synapse automatically enables IntelliScroll using the Sync by R-Wave option.

Note:

By default, Synapse links images with the same orientation within 30 degrees. See your System Administrator for more information.

When Sync During Scroll is disabled, images will not Sync by R-Wave in cine.

Prerequisite

The series in the study that have the Same Orientation are automatically linked.

The series in the study that have the same Frame of Reference (FOR) are automatically linked. If the series do not have the same FOR, you can use the Same Orientation option. You can use the delta link option to change the delta for a series (this does not apply to MG series that use Sync by Prior).
