Introduction

Synapse provides the following list and icon menu options for menu items beginning with the letter I listed here in alphabetical order.

The Cine Response column in the following table describes how cine interacts with each of the context menu options when using cine on a multiframe viewport:

  • Apply: This option is applied during cine.
  • Disabled during cine: This option is disabled during cine.
  • Pause, apply, and resume: Cine pauses before applying this option. When complete, cine resumes playing.
  • Stop cine: This option stops cine.

Image Presets:

Image Presets List

Displays the Image Presets menu. See Applying a Preset to an Image.

Image Presets:

Apply Color Table

Opens the Color Table dialog box where you can select a color to apply to a series. See Applying Color Table to PT or NM Images.

Image Presets:

Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA)

Toggles DSA on and off in XA images.

When DSA is off, the viewport displays the unmasked, full image (all frames), with the DICOM specified Window Level.

DSA is only enabled for XA images that contain subtraction information.

Disable Pixel Padding

Disables pixel padding for the current sending Application Entity (AE title).

Display As Acquired

Reverts the image display to displayed as acquired. See Applying a Preset to an Image.

Toggles Implant Suppression on and off. See Using Implant Suppression.

Invert (Auto Padding)

Inverts an image and automatically creates a pixel padding mask for the skin line. See Applying a Preset to an Image.

Opens the Window Level input dialog box.

IntelliLink/Scroll:

Cycle Link Mode

Cycles through the IntelliScroll options: none, auto link, delta link. See Enabling IntelliScroll.

Image Registration

Automatically lines up the displayed current and historical series for comparison. See Automatically Registering CT and RG Series.

IntelliLink/Scroll:

IntelliLink

Enables and starts IntelliLink mode. See Using IntelliLink.

IntelliScroll

Toggles IntelliScroll on or off. See IntelliScroll Overview.

Link Zoom/Pan

Remove All

Disables auto link scrolling for all series.

Reset Registration

Removes the image registration from the current and historical series. See Automatically Registering CT and RG Series.

Same FOR

Enables the IntelliScroll automatic link for all series with the same Frame of Reference (FOR). See Enabling IntelliScroll.

Same Orientation

Links the IntelliScroll operation to all series that have the same orientation. See Enabling IntelliScroll.

Sync by Index

IntelliScroll synchronizes image index.

Sync by R-Wave

IntelliScroll synchronizes an image using R-Wave.

Note: When Sync During Scroll is disabled, images will not Sync by R-Wave in cine.
