Description

Workflow Status

Workflow Status provides the workflow status for the current report definition, indicating the tier level for each workflow contained in the current report. Clinical Reporting Application workflows include:

  • Interventional
  • Diagnostic

Default report definitions use workflows with three tiers:

  • Unread
  • Preliminary
  • Finalized

See Reporting Workflows.

Workflow Options

Workflow options provide a drop-down list that reflects the current report status and the applicable workflow operations. For example:

  • Promote to Preliminary
  • Promote Both
  • Amend Preliminary
  • Finalize
  • Finalize Both
  • Revise
  • Amend

The ability to promote a report to a subsequent tier is governed by your assigned user role and privileges.

See Managing Reports and Amending Reports.

Save

The Save option saves a report in the current tier of the reporting workflow without promoting it to the next tier.

See Saving a Report in Managing Reports.

AutoSummary

AutoSummary inserts predefined findings statements into the current report based on predetermined values.

AutoSummary rules and their associated comments and findings are configured in Design Manager by FUJIFILM Support.

See Using AutoSummary.

One-Click Normal

One-Click Normal inserts predefined normal findings and values into the applicable field. If there are no applicable one-click normal routines for the current report definition, this function is disabled.

One-Click normal values are configured in Design Manager for each report definition by FUJIFILM Support.

See Applying One-Click Normal.

Macros

Macros provides a drop-down list of predefined macros that are available for the current report definition that provides specific instructions for populating fields in the current report based on individual user roles and privileges.

Macros are configured in Design Manager by FUJIFILM Support.

See Using Report Macros.

Carry Over

Carry Over provides a drop-down list of finalized prior reports for the current patient.

You can select a report from the Report Carry Over list and populate the current report with findings data from a previous report, enabling the findings from that report to be carried forward to the current study.

Note:

  • You can carry over the findings from only one prior report into the current report.

See Using Report Carry Over Functions.

GPI Inventory

GPI Inventory displays a dialog box that contains GPI inventory information for the current patient when an interventional report is loaded.

You can view and edit study the following inventory lists imported from a hemodynamics system using GPI:

  • List of Master Inventory Details
  • List of Current Study Inventory Details

See Using Study Inventory.
